As founder and CEO of Ecokaya, Tania has taken her leadership development, coaching and motivational programmes to organisations and audiences across Africa, Europe, North America and South America. Her work has reached countries including Uganda, Rwanda, Mozambique, Angola, Cape Verde, Portugal, Brazil and the United States.
Tania developed Succenergy as a practical framework for activating personal energy, strengthening leadership and creating sustainable success from within.
