About Instructor
HELLO, I’M CARINA…
Through a burnout, I experienced for myself how important it is to have a strong relationship with ourselves. Before we can take care of interpersonal issues, we must first develop a clear understanding of our needs. Exactly this connection is the foundation of my practical communication training and 1:1 coaching.
I’m a communication coach for healthy health professionals and a lecturer at Columbia University in New York. My professional experience includes 10 years as a nurse / ward manager of a stroke unit in southern Germany. As the Health Program Director of an international NGO, I have had the privilege of delivering communication training to health professionals around the world.
I’m at home in southern Germany as well as in Brooklyn New York with my family and dog Pluto.
