Tim Lacatena appreciates music from every genre/era, and love crafting sets that offer a wide range of styles, ensuring something for everyone to enjoy. Tim is a big fan of uplifting remixes, classic throwbacks and moments where everyone is singing along to timeless hits. He loves nu disco, funky house, electro pop and Saint-Tropez vibes.
Plus, Tim will mix in tons of gems from different decades and popular Top 40 jams. Tim is versatile, thrive on reading the room in real-time, and can curate the music to suit your event’s musical tastes.
BEYOND THE DECKS: MY ARTISTIC JOURNEY
Apart from music, DJ Tim Lacatena began my creative journey as a ballet dancer and actor. This path eventually led to roles in films and TV shows, including “Step Up,” “500 Days of Summer,” and Disney’s “Kickin’ It.”
