Otto Pilot is San Diego’s premiere brother duo performing acoustic alternative, rock-based music covering some of the top bands like Kings of Leon, Dave Matthews Band, Jason Mraz and more.
Reputation is everything in the corporate world. For the past decade, Ottopilot has been at the top for not only being professional but leaving their clients and groups with memorable performances.
Known for their unique renditions as well as mashing tunes together, they successfully “read the room” and create a pleasant vibe ranging from a mellow background set to a dynamic dinner performance.
Launched in 2009, as a rock-based acoustic brother duo, Ottopilot has grown over the years to become a well-known local band for not only their original creativity but also their versatile style.
They have shared the stage with impressive acts such as Mat Kearney, Gavin Degraw, Michelle Branch, Sugar Ray, Huey Lewis and the news, Earth Wind and Fire, and the list goes on. In 2010, the brothers released a hit single “Streetlight”. With the help of live shows, radio airplay, and word of mouth, the ripple effect began to take place.
They were quoted that year by John Phillip Willie (writer/editor for San Diego Troubadour) “Of all the new artist leads that I have ever been given, Ottopilot by far exudes the most talent.”
In 2014 they successfully raised over $18,000 from Kickstarter to record a 7 song EP at Signature Sound studios. Soon after they released “Falling Forward”. The EP is now available for download on Itunes and Amazon Music and is getting 5 star ratings and reviews.
What was a 2 piece acoustic duo in 2014 is now a well-oiled dynamic rock band with new original songs written each season. In Early 2016 the band signed with Pacific Records and their new single “Count on me” is getting some great buzz around town.
Fast Forward almost 7 years and their brand new EP “Day Dreamer” will be available on all streaming platforms & Itunes this August of 2023.

Speaker fees can vary depending on factors such as expertise, demand, and event specifics. While some speakers may charge a flat fee for their services, others may have hourly rates. It’s best to discuss fee structures directly with the speaker or their representative to understand the pricing model.
Keynote speeches typically range from 30 to 90 minutes, with the duration determined by the speaker’s expertise, the event’s agenda, and audience preferences. Keynote speeches often include a combination of inspirational stories, practical insights, and actionable advice tailored to the event’s theme or objectives.
The scale of the event and audience size can indeed impact a speaker’s fee. Larger events with a broader reach or higher attendance may command higher fees due to increased exposure and demand. Conversely, smaller events or niche audiences may offer opportunities for more flexible pricing arrangements.
Travel expenses such as transportation, accommodation, and meals are typically negotiated separately from the speaker’s fee. These costs vary depending on the speaker’s location, travel distance, and event duration. It’s important to clarify travel arrangements and expenses during the booking process to avoid misunderstandings.
Many speakers require a deposit to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due closer to the event date. Deposits are often non-refundable and serve as a commitment from both parties. It’s advisable to discuss deposit requirements and payment terms with the speaker or their representative when finalizing the booking.
