e has a professional background in commercial roles before moving to leadership roles in HR in order to elevate the practice of people, leadership, and culture.
Navid works as an active thinking partner to his clients and is hands on with delivery, always linking business strategy to people.
Using strategies designed to overcome obstacles quickly, he has helped numerous leaders over the years to successfully eliminate unproductive thinking and solve their toughest, most complex challenges.

Next to holding a master’s degree in International Management/Foreign Trade from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, Germany, Navid has been trained as a Principled Negotiator at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, USA.
Having successfully completed his 3-year coach education across 3 continents in Africa, America& Europe, he is also a trained Coaching Circles™ Facilitator and has completed the Academy of Executive Coaching’s (AoEC) Systemic Team Coaching Certificate.
Navid has recently served two full terms as a member of the Nominating Committee (NomCo) of the ICF Professional Coaches Board of Directors, and is a registered ICF Mentor Coach.
In 2022, Navid Nazemian has been recognised as HR’s Most Influential Practitioner by the HR Magazine, Coach of the Year by the CEO Today Magazine, and received the Outstanding Leadership Award from Education 2.0.
