Heather Mason is the founder and CEO of Caspian Agency, now in the 3% of women-owned businesses that earn over $1 million in annual revenue.
She founded the agency based on her own Caspian 10 Essentials™ methodology – a system that maps event strategy to real business objectives.
Her expertise in the innovation and social good business space has led to successful projects with the Skoll Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, United Nations, Keurig Coffee, San Diego Zoo, and Participant Media, among many others.
Heather is a board member of Social Venture Network, and past board member of CORO Northern California. She is a member of MPI and SPIN and has been featured in Collaborate and Successful Meetings magazines.
An entirely self-made “girl from Idaho,” Heather grew her Caspian Agency into the elite 3% of women-owned businesses in the US with over $1 million in revenue.
