Daphna Horowitz is a leadership speaker, executive coach and author who helps CEOs, senior executives and their teams become more confident leaders, build future leadership capability and create stronger workplace cultures.
With qualifications in business, leadership and coaching, Daphna works with leaders globally to develop practical leadership habits that strengthen mindset, inspire teams and improve business results. Her areas of expertise include purpose-driven leadership, vision and strategy, resilience, productivity, leading change, feedback, leadership confidence and team effectiveness.
Before establishing her coaching career, Daphna worked as a director and actuary in the corporate environment. She also lectured in actuarial science at Wits University and the University of Johannesburg and has run both an actuarial consulting business and a corporate event management company.
Daphna is the host of the Leadership Live podcast and author of two leadership books, Courage to Lead and Weekly Habits for Extraordinary Leaders. Her approach focuses on cutting through the noise and helping leaders identify the habits, conversations and behaviours that create meaningful change.
