Farrah currently serves as the Manager of Consent Comes First at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and is a member of the Government of Canada’s Advisory Council on the Strategy to Prevent and Address Gender-Based Violence. She has also held leadership roles including co-chair of the Ontario Government Provincial Roundtable on Violence Against Women and board member of Girl Guides of Canada.
As the founder of Possibility Seeds Consulting, Farrah leads initiatives that support safer, more inclusive environments, including co-developing Courage to Act, Canada’s national framework to address gender-based violence in post-secondary institutions.
