What’s easier, finding one thousand new customers one at a time?
Or finding one established business that is happy to market you to their one thousand customers?
While the latter is clearly much smarter, most entrepreneurs fail to take advantage of this powerful strategy.
If you want to have a scalable and saleable business, then it needs to run without you.
The secret to achieving this is having great “systems”.
Systems multiply your effectiveness and they help you to work ‘on’ the business and not ‘in’ the business.
Join award-winning entrepreneur, Dale Beaumont, as he reveals how to free yourself from the daily grind and get the reward you deserve.
Dale Beaumont is best known as an Award-Winning Technology Entrepreneur, Business Growth Expert and the Author of 19 Best-Selling Books.
Growing up in Sydney, Australia, Dale had a lot of energy as a kid and was soon put into the sport of gymnastics and began training for the Sydney 2000 Olympics. While injury meant he never got there, he did achieve his goal of representing his country at three different world championships.
His passion for hard work and discipline then turned to business and at the age of 19, Dale started his first company called Empower U. It’s mission was to teach self-development and life skills to teenagers. Within four years, it expanded into seven countries, helping more than 35,000 young people.
Dale Beaumont next business was a publishing company that saw Dale write and publish 19 best-selling books, which collectively sold over a quarter of a million copies. Incredibly, 11 of those 16 books were published in a single year, helping Dale to make more than $1,000,000 by age 25.
This was followed by the launch of Business Blueprint, an education company designed to help fellow entrepreneurs build the business of their dreams. Twelve years later, Dale has trained over 50,000 people and has personally worked with over 2,500 businesses, across dozens of industries.
Along the way, Dale Beaumont and his team launched Bizversity, which is best described as the ‘Netflix for Business’. Today, Bizversity is the #1 ranked ‘Business Growth’ app in the AppStore and the winner of five different education and technology awards.
If that wasn’t enough, Dale and his wife Katherine have now built a sizable real estate portfolio and have recently turned their hands to property development. Plus today, they are major shareholders in eight different businesses, across finance, property and business services.
As a result of Dale’s success, he has been interviewed on Today Show, Mornings, Sky News Business, ABC Radio. He was also featured in over 100 newspapers and magazines, including Forbes, The Huffington Post, Business Insider, Gizmodo, Men’s Health and GQ.

Speaker fees can vary depending on factors such as expertise, demand, and event specifics. While some speakers may charge a flat fee for their services, others may have hourly rates. It’s best to discuss fee structures directly with the speaker or their representative to understand the pricing model.
Keynote speeches typically range from 30 to 90 minutes, with the duration determined by the speaker’s expertise, the event’s agenda, and audience preferences. Keynote speeches often include a combination of inspirational stories, practical insights, and actionable advice tailored to the event’s theme or objectives.
The scale of the event and audience size can indeed impact a speaker’s fee. Larger events with a broader reach or higher attendance may command higher fees due to increased exposure and demand. Conversely, smaller events or niche audiences may offer opportunities for more flexible pricing arrangements.
Travel expenses such as transportation, accommodation, and meals are typically negotiated separately from the speaker’s fee. These costs vary depending on the speaker’s location, travel distance, and event duration. It’s important to clarify travel arrangements and expenses during the booking process to avoid misunderstandings.
Many speakers require a deposit to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due closer to the event date. Deposits are often non-refundable and serve as a commitment from both parties. It’s advisable to discuss deposit requirements and payment terms with the speaker or their representative when finalizing the booking.
