Dale, a graduate of Princeton University with an MBA from the Wharton School and a Doctorate from Seton Hall University, has been able to captivate audiences with his influence based strategies designed to help people attain success in work and life.

Dale’s professional experience includes serving as the CEO of Strategic Influence and Tempus Management Consulting; Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting; Vice-President, Right Management; Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships at Scholastic; Deputy Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA); and, Executive Director of the Fairleigh Dickinson University Rothman Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Dale is also an accomplished writer who is the author of Intelligent Influence: The 4 Steps of Highly Successful Individuals and Organizations and School To Work To Success. He is an experienced athlete who has earned a national ranking in tennis, triathlon and duathlon. Dale has also completed the New York City, San Francisco and Athens, Greece marathons.
He has a passion for helping people who are struggling in life. To make a small difference in the world, he founded the Dale Caldwell Foundation which is using his Intelligent Influence framework in local communities to “end poverty through employment.”
