GAMING YOUR WAY TO A RICH WORKPLACE CULTURE
Does your workplace feel bland and uninspired? Then it’s time to invite the “Mindset Master Chef,” Frank Kitchen, to infuse some flavor into your team’s culture. In this hands-on “cooking class” Frank will teach you how to transform standard business practices into a soul-nourishing experience.
With his signature zest and charm, Frank will provide you with the ingredients needed to foster an award-winning workplace environment, where people feel valued and driven to succeed. An experience so mouth watering, that everyone will be asking for seconds because they deserve nothing less!
What you will do:
You and other participants will partake in a series of interactive Mindset Flipping Exercises (Games) designed to visually demonstrate how to value members of your team or workforce. Don’t worry about taking notes, the hands-on games will incorporate movement, music, teamwork and play while showing you how to create a community and culture of growth. Once the program is over, you’ll receive a pdf. file that includes all of the program notes and how to implement what you learned in your current or future workplace.

Through a series of thought provoking questions and interactive learning exercises, you and other participants will identify the barriers impacting your ability to speak in public confidently. I’m far from perfect, and understand that I need to work everyday to get a little better at each.
My passion is working with organizations who want to fire up the performance of their teams. Something I’ve been doing for over 30 years and had to personally practice when I launched my speaking career after being fired from my “last job” on Father’s Day in 2015…when my wife was pregnant with our second child.
Frank Kitchen loves kicking off conferences, conventions and professional development events as a Keynote speaker. I’ve had the honor of sharing my Motivational Style with people and organizations around the world.
