Brent Gleeson is a former Navy SEAL combat veteran, award-winning entrepreneur, best-selling author, and globally sought-after keynote speaker. His career bridges elite military leadership and high-growth business execution, giving him a rare and powerful perspective on leading teams through complexity, change, and uncertainty.
Brent served multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan as part of the United States Navy SEALs, where he developed an uncompromising standard for leadership, accountability, and teamwork. Operating in high-risk environments taught him how trust, clarity, and adaptability determine outcomes when the stakes are highest.
After transitioning from military service, Brent applied these principles to entrepreneurship. He co-founded several successful ventures, most notably Internet Marketing Inc., where he served as CEO. Under his leadership, the company experienced rapid growth and earned recognition on the Inc. 5000, reflecting his ability to scale performance-driven cultures in competitive markets.
