HEALTHY LEADERSHIP

This session will help you, your team, and your business thrive. Healthy leadership addresses human
needs—it’s personal.

Healthy leadership is like a cultural magnet that attracts people to your team and the
cultural glue that makes them want to stay.

If your employees don’t see healthy leadership, they will look for it elsewhere.

THE POWER OF POSITIVE COACHING

Since most organizations don’t have the resources for everyone to have a coach, it is up to you, the leader, to be equipped to coach and inspire your team.

You must get your mind right before you can get your team right, so it starts with a positive coaching mindset. Increasing your awareness of your thoughts, your purpose, your values, and your emotions creates a positive coaching mindset.

Then you apply the five positive coaching habits.  They reflect simple truths based on common human needs, so a leader can inspire winning results and relationships in any setting.

STICK WITH IT

Challenges for today’s leaders are always changing, but the formula for winning remains the same. The key to winning the game is focusing on “how” more than “what”.  A good plan gets you into the race, but adhering to your plan propels you into the winner’s circle!
