With a career spanning more than fifteen years, she has held key roles at leading companies including Google, Slack and Patreon, where she developed deep expertise in infrastructure, build systems and engineering operations.
Erica began her career in domain administration at the University of Alaska before joining Google, where she advanced from Support Technician to Site Reliability Engineer. She later contributed to engineering excellence at Slack and led infrastructure teams at Patreon, building scalable systems and high-performing teams.
