In this module, you will:

  • Identify which team projects are successful or stalled
  • Better understand what tools and resources are needed for success
  • Evaluate how access to appropriate tools and resources can move projects from stalled to complete

Understanding each contributor’s roles and responsibilities and how they impact the overall mission is critical.  Learn how to define the roles and responsibilities necessary for your and your organization’s success.

In this module, you will:

  • Identify how your job role aligns with your organization’s mission, vision, and values
  • Consider how properly defined roles and responsibilities can be leveraged to complete projects or tasks
  • Evaluate ways to successfully fulfill your or your team’s roles and responsibilities in times of stress

Your goals determine your direction. Setting the right goal is crucial to achieving success. Align your specific and measurable goals and objectives with your team, leadership, and organization.

In this module, you will:

  • Evaluate if you have set the right goals and objectives for your team
  • Identify goals and objectives that need to be more specific or measurable
  • Consider your team’s level of commitment to achieving critical goals

Creating opportunities for success for yourself and your team builds confidence and develops skills. This module examines the importance of identifying and taking advantage of opportunities for success.

In this module, you will:

  • Identify possible opportunities for success for yourself and your team members
  • Consider the importance of asking for opportunities to succeed
  • Evaluate the importance of positive feedback in building trust and commitment

As you complete this course, you have several resources to support you along the way. Use the C.A.R.G.O. Flight Plan Workbook to complete activities in each video lesson and plan how you will use it in your job.
