Identify your three distinguishing characteristics
To get started, the bottom of your Personality Pyramid should communicate three distinguishing characteristics. We call them the three attributes.
The combination of these three words should be used to describe you and only you. Think outside the box. Maybe these are things you view as idiosyncrasies or something you’ve always thought was “weird”.
These are the types of things we need to use to communicate your true personality. Remember it’s all about the combination of words.
Try to steer clear of words like: Authentic, creative, flexible, and genuine.
