Her career spans Formula Renault, Formula Three, DTM with Mercedes-Benz, and Formula One as a Development Driver for Williams.
In 2014, she made history at the British Grand Prix as the first woman in 22 years to participate in a Formula One race weekend, marking a significant milestone in a traditionally male-dominated sport. Following her retirement from racing in 2015, Susie shifted her focus toward driving change within motorsport.
She founded Dare To Be Different, an initiative aimed at increasing female participation across all levels of the sport, and was awarded an MBE in 2017 for her services to women in sport.
