Being an entrepreneur is a journey you walk, as you look to achieve big things. In this speech, Jesse shares stories from his own path. Brought to life with the help of DJ Dee Wiz, through humor, music, love, loss, and knowledge, Jesse distills lessons he’s learned. By breaking down the hours in a day, and knowing that sometimes a lot of soul, creating your own luck, and the power of the spoken word can allow your own journey to get you exactly what you want, without having to give up what you have.
Accompanied by DJ Dee Wiz, Jesse combines music and dramatics in this presentation encouraging audiences to aim high by maintaining perspective and taking risks. In this motivational, inspirational, emotional, and energetic new talk, Jesse shares stories from his years as a serial entrepreneur, competitive runner, and professional rapper to illustrate how you can change your mindset to achieve anything.
We put so much emphasis on our traditional resume. What if we flipped that model upside down and focused on building our LIFE resume instead? Jesse shares the key lessons he has learned throughout his humorous, unconventional business journey and life adventures. From the specific habits he practices to the motivating rules he lives by, Jesse will leave you with actionable steps you can take to design your most rewarding life.
One of the biggest regrets we can ever have is not living up to our true potential. The good news is, it’s preventable. Jesse Itzler takes us on a humorous ride that spans business, wellness, and mindset. At the end, you will walk away with actionable steps to help you start over-indexing in the key buckets of your life.
Always living his life outside the box, Jesse was a rapper on MTV, co-founded the world’s largest prepaid private jet company, helped pioneer the Coconut Water craze, ran a 100-mile race, and has spent time living with a group of monks and a Navy SEAL. Since few are ready to take on these challenges themselves, learn valuable life lessons from Jesse’s experiences and how you can build your own life resume.
With no aviation experience, Jesse Itzler and his partner started Marquis Jet, the largest private jet card company in the world, and sold it to Warren Buffet’s NetJets after achieving over $5 billion in sales.
Then, with no beverage experience, he and his partners launched ZICO Coconut Water and sold it to Coca Cola. Jesse Itzler has had a varied career, from being a rapper signed to Delicious Vinyl Records, a kiddie pool attendant, managing Run DMC, and writing the New York Times best-selling book “Living With The Seal.”
He is also an endurance athlete who has completed multiple 100-mile races. Additionally, Jesse is married to Sara Blakely, the founder of the shapewear company SPANX, which was recently acquired for $1.2 billion. He currently resides in Atlanta and is an owner of the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks.
A successful serial entrepreneur, Jesse Itzler’s mission is to continually raise the bar and build his LIFE RESUME. And with a passion for endurance challenges, he completed Ultraman in 2022 at the age of 53, which entails a 6.2 mile open water swim, 261.4 mile bike, and 52.4 mile run, the same year he sold his endurance hiking company, 29029 Everesting, to iFit. These things are not uncommon for Jesse, who also completed a 100 mile running race, sold Marquis Jet to Warren Buffett in 2010, and partnered with Zico Coconut Water which sold to Coca-Cola in 2013.
Jesse’s career is unlike anyone else. He started as a rapper on MTV in 1991, became the Manager of the greatest hip hop band ever, Run-DMC, and wrote the anthem for the NY Knicks.
He always says, “you don’t have to be the smartest in the room, but you have to be the most passionate.” He teaches his principles and best practices through his online course and coaching program—where thousands of people have learned from his lifestyle approach and applied it to their own.
When he’s not training with Navy Seals (check out his book, Living with A Seal) or learning from monks (check out his other book, Living with Monks), you can find Jesse Itzler plunging in cold water and sweating in hot saunas as part of his latest venture, All Day Running Co., a brand built on the foundation of combining race-like challenges (half-marathons, marathons, etc.) with retreat-like experiences (cold and heat exposure).
At the end of the day, his proudest accomplishment is his family—with 3 sons and a daughter, he and his wife, Sara Blakely (founder of SPANX), definitely have their hands full!

Speaker fees can vary depending on factors such as expertise, demand, and event specifics. While some speakers may charge a flat fee for their services, others may have hourly rates. It’s best to discuss fee structures directly with the speaker or their representative to understand the pricing model.
Keynote speeches typically range from 30 to 90 minutes, with the duration determined by the speaker’s expertise, the event’s agenda, and audience preferences. Keynote speeches often include a combination of inspirational stories, practical insights, and actionable advice tailored to the event’s theme or objectives.
The scale of the event and audience size can indeed impact a speaker’s fee. Larger events with a broader reach or higher attendance may command higher fees due to increased exposure and demand. Conversely, smaller events or niche audiences may offer opportunities for more flexible pricing arrangements.
Travel expenses such as transportation, accommodation, and meals are typically negotiated separately from the speaker’s fee. These costs vary depending on the speaker’s location, travel distance, and event duration. It’s important to clarify travel arrangements and expenses during the booking process to avoid misunderstandings.
Many speakers require a deposit to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due closer to the event date. Deposits are often non-refundable and serve as a commitment from both parties. It’s advisable to discuss deposit requirements and payment terms with the speaker or their representative when finalizing the booking.
