Caroline Wanga is the President & CEO of Essence Ventures. She joined Essence as Chief Growth Officer in 2020 from Target Corporation, where she served as Chief Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion Officer.
Prior to her 15-year Target career, she held several roles in the non-profit sector.
