In addition to her work in financial education, Peeler is committed to global entrepreneurship and economic development. She co-founded Business Across Borders, an initiative focused on promoting economic growth and innovation in post-conflict regions such as Iraq. Through mentorship programs, startup competitions, and partnerships, the organization has helped foster entrepreneurial ecosystems and support emerging business leaders.

To date, Kelly has spearheaded multiple business competitions and mentorship programs, brought Startup Weekend to the country, and also traveled to Iraq to structure partnerships.
