“It’s not the mountains we conquer, but ourselves.”
Having the courage to look within, to overcome our fears & to climb our personal & professional mountains takes great vulnerability & personal leadership.
Many struggle to see the truth of who they are and what limiting beliefs, doubts & fears may be holding them back.
To get that honest and brave about which skills they need to go to the next level or what weak links may need repairing so that they can be the most effective leader, salesperson or business owner they can be.
Through moving stories and practical examples, Kirsty Spraggon gives everyone in the room a little extra courage, leaving them inspired, empowered and equipped to climb their own mountains.
Key Learnings:
“Getting honest with ourselves about what needs to change”.
Are your staff tired, overworked, close to burning out? Are they constantly dealing with stress, living in fear and feeling overwhelmed? Mindfulness training is a staple of Fortune 500 companies, with research showing that practicing mindfulness can improve your focus, making you more productive and reducing stress levels.
To be mindful is to get still and be quiet with oneself, to get honest about the TRUTH of who we are and why we engage in certain habits & unhealthy behaviors. Being more mindful means a person can press pause when they are off-center, for example when they feel triggered in the workplace, allowing them to bring themselves back into alignment.
Kirsty Spraggon gives your attendees an experience like no other during the session where she facilitates a mini-meditation and teaches them certain breathing techniques.
This shows your people how quickly they can come back into alignment, rise above their primordial fight or flight system & leaving them FEELING less stressed and more focused by the end of her keynote.
Key Learnings:
Kirsty Spraggon is an internationally recognized motivational speaker known for her powerful blend of authenticity, truth-telling, and compassion. With a two-decade career rooted in the competitive world of sales, she rose to the top 1% of RE/MAX’s 121,000 global agents—a testament to her mastery of high performance, mindset, and relationship building. But Kirsty’s story is much more than business success; it’s a journey shaped by resilience, vulnerability, and a deep commitment to personal growth.
From humble beginnings, Kirsty became a standout performer in real estate by learning to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and build trust with clients at the highest level. Her pursuit of excellence expanded into personal development, emotional intelligence, and leadership—equipping her with a unique ability to connect deeply with audiences and help them confront the beliefs that limit their progress.
Today, Kirsty is celebrated for her candid, heartfelt keynotes that challenge individuals to break through fear, step into authenticity, and pursue meaningful work.
A powerful short keynote excerpt where Kirsty Spraggon shares how every great milestone in her life—traveling solo, entering real estate, moving countries, giving her TEDx talk—required walking straight through fear. She challenges audiences to “do the work,” confront their inner barriers, and stop letting fear create blank spaces where their dreams should be.
You know, I think that fear robs us often of dreams. And I said in the beginning that I have this awareness that everything great in my life has always had fear attached to it. You know, if I think about 18 years old getting on a plane for the first time, 20 years old going to Europe and traveling around the world on my own, 21 years old starting out in real estate and being one of the only females in a male-dominated industry—that was tough. All of them were scary.
You know, two years ago I did a TEDx talk called You’re Only as Sick as Your Secrets with the world. I was terrified as I got on that stage. But it has led to so much expansion in so many different ways. So every single one of those moments in my life that had fear attached were also the greatest moments. But I had to be willing to go through the fear and sit in it and feel the feelings, and then get through the other side.
If I hadn’t, I would have had blank spaces where all of those things were. I would have had a blank space where the travel was. I would have had a blank space where real estate was. I would have had a blank space where my TEDx talk was. I wouldn’t be who I am today. I would be a smaller, lesser version of me.
This has changed my life. It has made me a fuller, better, more amazing person. It has helped me grow. As I climb these mountains, each one gives you a frame of reference for the next time. Each one makes you stronger so that you can go, “Oh, you know what? I was able to move from Perth to Sydney, I can move to Los Angeles. I was able to leave real estate and become a speaker, and now I can go on and do my talk show.” We just hit 1.5 million views in 120 countries, and people thought I was insane.

Speaker fees can vary depending on factors such as expertise, demand, and event specifics. While some speakers may charge a flat fee for their services, others may have hourly rates. It’s best to discuss fee structures directly with the speaker or their representative to understand the pricing model.
Keynote speeches typically range from 30 to 90 minutes, with the duration determined by the speaker’s expertise, the event’s agenda, and audience preferences. Keynote speeches often include a combination of inspirational stories, practical insights, and actionable advice tailored to the event’s theme or objectives.
The scale of the event and audience size can indeed impact a speaker’s fee. Larger events with a broader reach or higher attendance may command higher fees due to increased exposure and demand. Conversely, smaller events or niche audiences may offer opportunities for more flexible pricing arrangements.
Travel expenses such as transportation, accommodation, and meals are typically negotiated separately from the speaker’s fee. These costs vary depending on the speaker’s location, travel distance, and event duration. It’s important to clarify travel arrangements and expenses during the booking process to avoid misunderstandings.
Many speakers require a deposit to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due closer to the event date. Deposits are often non-refundable and serve as a commitment from both parties. It’s advisable to discuss deposit requirements and payment terms with the speaker or their representative when finalizing the booking.
