Employee Engagement Speaker Richard Hadden has delivered hundreds of high-impact keynote presentations in more than 25 years of professional speaking.
When you ask us to keynote your conference or convention, or deliver leadership training, you can relax – at least when it comes to our part of your meeting – knowing that you’ve hired an experienced professional to speak to your group.
No, we’re not millennials. We were leading successful businesses when they were born. While we don’t have that hipster look on stage, what we do have is years of time-tested wisdom that we bring to your event, in a way that people of all generations can relate to and use.
To us, being professional means, among other things, doing your homework… each time, every time. We invest the time and energy to learn about your group or audience so that we can make our presentation truly relevant to them.
Most people seem to appreciate that. While you may be able to hire speakers with bigger names (and bigger fees), it’s doubtful you’ll hire anybody who is better prepared.
Making the Extra Mile the Best Part of the Trip
In “The Oomph Factor: Making the Extra Mile the Best Part of the Trip”, I’ll talk about what some of the most successful men and women do every day to keep their organizations thriving, and growing in the right direction.
I’ll lay out 8 things I’ve observed about people I call “Extra Milers” – those who routinely demonstrate Employee Engagement and Discretionary Effort, and go above and beyond in pursuit of their organization’s mission.
Today’s workforce features an unprecedented five generations of workers. And leaders are challenged not only with understanding the members of each generation, but with getting maximum productivity from the BLEND of everyone.
WE TAKE A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO MEETING THESE CHALLENGES FOR LEADERS.
Rather than making fun of the foibles of each generation, and teaching how to pander to the popular (and largely inaccurate) notions of what makes each group “different”, we focus on realistic strategies to make the whole workforce function well in concert.
Sound, no-nonsense leadership lessons presented in a fast-paced, interactive format.
This seminar is conducted in-house, specifically for your organization, by Bill Catlette and/or Richard Hadden.
Bottom Line Leadership causes participants to take a hard look at their people practices and ask… Are we really doing what we should to get sustained peak performance from our workforce? Are our people committed? Have we enabled them to do their best work? Do they know we care? Does any of this matter?
A Breakout Session or Seminar on Employee Recruiting & Retention

Give us your toughest workforce challenges. Those things that keep you, and other leaders in your organization up at night. We’ll research your issues, talk to your people, and go deep, to develop a presentation that speaks to what’s bugging you.
Whether it’s Employee Engagement, motivation, recruiting, retention, generational issues… whatever it might be. We can help, with real world solutions. Get in touch, and let’s talk about crafting a training session just for your audience.

Speaker fees can vary depending on factors such as expertise, demand, and event specifics. While some speakers may charge a flat fee for their services, others may have hourly rates. It’s best to discuss fee structures directly with the speaker or their representative to understand the pricing model.
Keynote speeches typically range from 30 to 90 minutes, with the duration determined by the speaker’s expertise, the event’s agenda, and audience preferences. Keynote speeches often include a combination of inspirational stories, practical insights, and actionable advice tailored to the event’s theme or objectives.
The scale of the event and audience size can indeed impact a speaker’s fee. Larger events with a broader reach or higher attendance may command higher fees due to increased exposure and demand. Conversely, smaller events or niche audiences may offer opportunities for more flexible pricing arrangements.
Travel expenses such as transportation, accommodation, and meals are typically negotiated separately from the speaker’s fee. These costs vary depending on the speaker’s location, travel distance, and event duration. It’s important to clarify travel arrangements and expenses during the booking process to avoid misunderstandings.
Many speakers require a deposit to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due closer to the event date. Deposits are often non-refundable and serve as a commitment from both parties. It’s advisable to discuss deposit requirements and payment terms with the speaker or their representative when finalizing the booking.
