She was awarded an M.Phill in Business Research Summa Cum laude also from Monarch, an M.A in Political Marketing Cum Laude from Rome Business School and a BA degree with high honours in Politics from the University of London.
Karina Ochis holds further specialization certificates in Digital Strategy from the Online Marketing Institute in San Francisco, in Marketing and E-commerce from the London School of Economics and Political Science, in Macroeconomics from the University of California as well as in Professional Coaching from the Robbins-Madanes Training Institute.
Her academic and professional interests center around Multigenerational Management, Leadership, Businesses of The Future, Branding, Political Marketing, Virtual Reality, Succession Management, Employee Engagement, Psychology as well as Performance and Executive Consulting.
