Terrence currently stars in the new Fox musical television series, Empire alongside long-time friend Taraji P. Henson. Empire was rated Fox’s highest-rated debut in three years and grew 82 percent in viewership from the season one premiere to the finale. The show has been renewed for a second season.

He preformed all the tracks for the movie, Hustle and Flow which won an Academy Award for Best Original Song for It’s Hard Out Here For A Pimp.
