Keynote speaker.
Executives, managers, emerging leaders, HR professionals and nonprofit leaders seeking stronger communication, human connection and accountability.
What if the employee you think has a performance problem is carrying something you cannot see? Remember to See Them challenges leaders to look beyond assumptions without lowering standards. Through Karen’s framework—See Yourself.
See the Performance. See the Person.—leaders examine their own impact, address performance clearly, and create space to understand the human being behind the work. The keynote helps leaders hold the standard, see the person, and get the results while strengthening accountability, trust, and workplace culture.
A practical, hands-on leadership workshop that helps leaders communicate with greater clarity, simplicity, and purpose. Participants learn to cut through assumptions and unnecessary words to get to what actually needs to be said—with grace, maturity, and respect.
Because people cannot read our minds, effective leadership requires intentional communication that makes expectations clearer, strengthens understanding, and reduces the confusion that can damage trust, relationships, and results.
When the role changes but nothing prepared you for it. This practical leadership experience equips people to lead effectively when a promotion changes how they relate to those around them—whether they are new to management or now responsible for leading people who used to be their peers.
Participants explore the shift from colleague to leader, how to communicate expectations, build trust, navigate changing relationships, and lead with greater confidence and awareness.
Leading through death, loss, and the life changes we don’t always name. This session helps leaders and teams better support people through grief—from death to losses and major life changes that are not always recognized or acknowledged. Karen brings practical awareness to how grief can show up at work and helps leaders respond with greater humanity, respect, and understanding while still navigating workplace responsibilities and expectations.

Speaker fees can vary depending on factors such as expertise, demand, and event specifics. While some speakers may charge a flat fee for their services, others may have hourly rates. It’s best to discuss fee structures directly with the speaker or their representative to understand the pricing model.
Keynote speeches typically range from 30 to 90 minutes, with the duration determined by the speaker’s expertise, the event’s agenda, and audience preferences. Keynote speeches often include a combination of inspirational stories, practical insights, and actionable advice tailored to the event’s theme or objectives.
The scale of the event and audience size can indeed impact a speaker’s fee. Larger events with a broader reach or higher attendance may command higher fees due to increased exposure and demand. Conversely, smaller events or niche audiences may offer opportunities for more flexible pricing arrangements.
Travel expenses such as transportation, accommodation, and meals are typically negotiated separately from the speaker’s fee. These costs vary depending on the speaker’s location, travel distance, and event duration. It’s important to clarify travel arrangements and expenses during the booking process to avoid misunderstandings.
Many speakers require a deposit to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due closer to the event date. Deposits are often non-refundable and serve as a commitment from both parties. It’s advisable to discuss deposit requirements and payment terms with the speaker or their representative when finalizing the booking.
