The podcast is all about self-discovery that considers what we are really up against in society. The “love yourself” memes make it sound so easy, but it will actually take a revolution inside yourself given all the systems in place demanding that you ignore and betray YOU every day.
The spark for that revolution can be a conversation. By learning from the lives of other people, you grow your perspective and begin to understand your lived experiences in broader context.
