You must get your mind right before you can get your team right, so it starts with a positive coaching mindset. Increasing your awareness of your thoughts, your purpose, your values, and your emotions creates a positive coaching mindset.
Then you apply the five positive coaching habits. They reflect simple truths based on common human needs, so a leader can inspire winning results and relationships in any setting.
Challenges for today’s leaders are always changing, but the formula for winning remains the same.
The key to winning the game is focusing on “how” more than “what”. A good plan gets you into the race, but adhering to your plan propels you into the winner’s circle!

BACKGROUND
Prior to consulting, Julie Davis-Colan conceptualized and led several successful business units at the American Heart Association’s National Center, all focused on health and wellbeing. Her clients were many of the Fortune 500 including Home Depot, Westinghouse, Dean Foods and Coca-Cola Foods. She created innovative products, forged sponsorships and designed licensing agreements to further their mission and enhance the health of employees and the public.
Julie Davis-Colan is also a compelling speaker and engaging facilitator. Her passion for leadership and life creates an infectious energy for audiences.
She serves on the board of Engage, a positive parenting organization.
